Darfield Bakery were referred to me by another fabulous client and are an absolute joy to work with. The new owners had a clear vision — they wanted to inject energy and warmth into the brand while honouring everything that had made the bakery a community fixture since 1972.

Together we developed a new identity that could hold its own alongside the heritage of the place — the hand-carved timber signage, the red tin exterior — while lifting the overall energy to feel bright, inviting, and unmistakably theirs. This rolled out across uniforms, signage, in-store details, and the overall look and feel of the space, right down to the interior colours.

The new look even made a small appearance on Find My Country House, where a parking sign ended up getting a surprising amount of airtime. I only wish I lived a little closer — their famous pies are incredible, and if you're ever in the area, I highly recommend dropping by.
